  • Parts to Mail In:

    • Original CAS module.

    • Matching donor CAS module (matching hardware/part numbers).

    • At least one working vehicle key.

  • Process of Repair:

    1. Full MCU/Processor data (EEPROM and Flash partitions) is extracted from the original CAS module via bench programming.

    2. Data is verified for file integrity and immobilizer synchronization lines.

    3. Extracted vehicle data, keys, ISN, mileage, and VIN are written directly to the donor CAS module.

    4. Donor CAS is bench tested to verify proper key acceptance and diagnostic communication.
