Parts to Mail In:
Original DME/DDE engine computer.
Matching donor DME/DDE engine computer.
Process of Repair:
Both original and donor engine computers are placed in boot/bench mode.
Full internal/external Flash, Micro, and EEPROM calibration maps and secret keys (ISN) are extracted.
Donor unit receives a complete 1:1 image transfer of the original engine management software and vehicle immobilization data.
Checksums are corrected, and bench diagnostic routines confirm proper hardware communication.
Parts to Mail In:
CAS module (E90 / E60 / E87 chassis).
Working key.
Process of Repair:
CAS EEPROM is read on the bench to evaluate internal lock fault counters and status flags.
Error counters are reset, and CAS software is updated/patched to eliminate persistent steering lock warnings.
Module is configured to operate with the factory lock mechanism or paired with an ELV emulator for plug-and-play installation.
Parts to Mail In:
Original instrument cluster.
Used replacement donor cluster.
Process of Repair:
Donor cluster EEPROM (M35080, 35160WT, etc.) is accessed to erase previous vehicle VIN and erase higher stored mileage (virginizing the chip).
Original cluster data and vehicle-specific variant coding are written into the donor memory.
Cluster is prepped to synchronize automatically with the vehicle’s master mileage stored in the CAS/FEM, preventing mileage jump or the "red tamper dot."
Parts to Mail In:
Used donor Transmission Control Unit / Mechatronic assembly.
Target vehicle VIN and DME ISN code (or mail original DME if ISN is unknown).
Process of Repair:
Donor TCU flash and EEPROM are read on a specialized bench harness.
Existing donor VIN and immobilizer ISN binding are cleared, returning the TCU to a virginized state.
Target vehicle VIN/ISN are written directly, or module is prepped for automatic synchronization upon vehicle installation.
Parts to Mail In:
Corrupted FRM3 module.
Process of Repair:
Module is connected via bench programmer interface to access processor memory.
Corrupted D-Flash partition is extracted, repaired, and converted into a clean, functional EEPROM data structure.
Module is coded back to factory defaults matching original hardware numbers and tested for standard diagnostic communication.
Parts to Mail In:
Original FEM/BDC module.
Replacement donor FEM/BDC module (matching hardware variant).
Original working key.
Original DME/DDE (or provide verified working 32-digit ISN).
Process of Repair:
Donor FEM/BDC is unlocked and reset to a virginized state on the bench.
Complete security data, key slot data, coding configuration, and VIN are extracted from the original unit.
Original data profile is transferred to the donor module, matching vehicle VO (Vehicle Order) and software integration levels.
Unit is finalized and verified plug-and-play without requiring dealer-level coding on the vehicle.
Parts to Mail In:
Original CAS module.
Matching donor CAS module (matching hardware/part numbers).
At least one working vehicle key.
Process of Repair:
Full MCU/Processor data (EEPROM and Flash partitions) is extracted from the original CAS module via bench programming.
Data is verified for file integrity and immobilizer synchronization lines.
Extracted vehicle data, keys, ISN, mileage, and VIN are written directly to the donor CAS module.
Donor CAS is bench tested to verify proper key acceptance and diagnostic communication.
