    • Original instrument cluster.

    • Used replacement donor cluster.

  • Process of Repair:

    1. Donor cluster EEPROM (M35080, 35160WT, etc.) is accessed to erase previous vehicle VIN and erase higher stored mileage (virginizing the chip).

    2. Original cluster data and vehicle-specific variant coding are written into the donor memory.

    3. Cluster is prepped to synchronize automatically with the vehicle’s master mileage stored in the CAS/FEM, preventing mileage jump or the "red tamper dot."
