BMW FEM / BDC Module Cloning (F-Series Chassis)

Parts to Mail In:

• Original FEM/BDC module.

• Replacement donor FEM/BDC module (matching hardware variant).

• Original working key.

• Original DME/DDE (or provide verified working 32-digit ISN).

Process of Repair:

1. Donor FEM/BDC is unlocked and reset to a virginized state on the bench.

2. Complete security data, key slot data, coding configuration, and VIN are extracted from the original unit.

3. Original data profile is transferred to the donor module, matching vehicle VO (Vehicle Order) and software integration levels.

4. Unit is finalized and verified plug-and-play without requiring dealer-level coding on the vehicle.
