  • Parts to Mail In:

    • Original DME/DDE engine computer.

    • Matching donor DME/DDE engine computer.

  • Process of Repair:

    1. Both original and donor engine computers are placed in boot/bench mode.

    2. Full internal/external Flash, Micro, and EEPROM calibration maps and secret keys (ISN) are extracted.

    3. Donor unit receives a complete 1:1 image transfer of the original engine management software and vehicle immobilization data.

    4. Checksums are corrected, and bench diagnostic routines confirm proper hardware communication.
