2007 Mercedes GL450 Add Key

When your primary tow rig is responsible for hauling heavy equipment, being down to a single key is a massive liability. We added a spare smart key to this 2007 Mercedes-Benz GL450 (X164 chassis) to ensure peace of mind whether it’s on the job site or out on the road.

Services Performed:

• EIS/EZS Security Communication: Interfaced with the Electronic Ignition Switch (EIS) to read internal data and calculate the key password for the FBS3 system.

• Smart Key Generation: Programmed a fresh infrared smart key fob to communicate seamlessly with the ignition module and drive authorization system.

• Emergency Blade Cutting: Precision-cut the mechanical key insert for door lock access in the event of a dead vehicle battery.

• Full Functional Testing: Verified instant ignition turn, starter engagement, infrared remote locking/unlocking, and central lock features.
