2008 Mercedes w211 e350 Add key

Adding a spare key to a W211 chassis 2008 Mercedes-Benz E350 requires interfacing with the vehicle’s FBS3 Drive Authorization System. Using specialized diagnostic and bench tools, we extracted the security password from the Electronic Ignition Switch (EIS) to generate and program a fresh chrome smart key fob.

• EIS Password Extraction: Connected to the Electronic Ignition Switch (EIS/EZS) to calculate the 8-byte security hash password.

• Smart Key Generation: Flashed a new infrared smart key fob to an open slot in the vehicle's drive authorization memory.

• Emergency Mechanical Blade: Precision-cut the emergency mechanical insert blade to ensure door lock override capability.

• System Testing: Verified ignition handshake, immediate engine start authorization, and full infrared remote keyless entry range.
