Service Summary:

Restoring drive authorization requires pulling the Electronic Ignition Switch (EIS) for bench-level diagnostic communication, reading internal MCU data, and calculating the security hash password to write fresh smart keys.
Technical Process:
EIS Removal & Bench Hookup: Safely extracted the R230 Electronic Ignition Switch (EIS/EZS) and wired it into specialized bench programming hardware.
Password Calculation & Data Dump: Processed chip-level data via the Autel IM608 Pro II and XP400 Pro programmer to extract the 8-byte FBS3 security password.
Infrared Key Generation: Flashed the calculated security data onto a replacement Mercedes smart key fob.
Emergency Mechanical Blade: Decoded door lock geometry to precision-cut matching physical key blades.
Bench Verification: Confirmed immediate key recognition, infrared communication, and virtual steering lock/starter relay handshake before re-installing the module.
